Expansion

When the TWAP of $Static is above $1.01 at an epoch, the system expands, and mints more $Static. A % of this freshly-minted $Static is shared between investors staking in the Boardroom; the Farms do not receive expansion rewards. The exact expansion amount is calculated as:
Expansion = (TWAP - 1.01) * index * circulation
TWAP = Time-Weighted Average Price of $Static
Index = Initially set to 0.1, but can be modified later (if necessary)
Circulation = The total amount of $Static tokens, minus all the unclaimed rewards in the Boardroom and all the $Static staked in the xStatic (membership) pool.
To receive $Static rewards, investors have 2 options:
1) Deposit $Charge in the Boardroom
2) Deposit $Static-BUSD LP in the Boardroom
Note: 100% of Project Wallet expansion goes to Marketing and Operating expenses
